He was educated at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Tehran, and his cooperation with Tawfiq magazine began in 1964, then he held numerous solo exhibitions in his galleries and was honored many times in international caricature competitions. A collection of Derambakhsh’s works created during the last 35 years has been published by Michel Lafon, France. Many of Derambakhsh’s works have found their way to the prestigious museums of the world. From the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Tehran to the Avignon Museum in Paris. Derambakhsh is the winner of several prestigious international awards, and several independent exhibitions of his works have been held in different countries.
