Milanian is graduated in painting from Art Faculty of Islamic Azad University. She has held many individual exhibitions in various art galleries such as Golestan, Seyhoun, Niavaran artistic-cultural house, etc. she also has participated in authentic group exhibitions like EXPO, Tehran Painting Biennale, etc.  She has won special award of Manifestation of Feeling exhibition.
