Designer and Art Director

Abedini is a designer and art director. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in painting from Tehran University of Art. He is a member of the Iranian Graphic Designers Guild and the International Graphic Designers Association. Abedini founded Orientation Studio in the Netherlands in 2009 and has held numerous national and international exhibitions. He was also introduced as the first Iranian designer featured in Meggs’ History of Graphic Design and has received the Prince Claus Award for Design, as well as numerous other national and international awards. Books such as Hashieh, Iranian Visual Culture, and the Design and Designers Collection are among the publications featuring his work.
